macOS Keyboard Shortcuts Cheatsheet - Finder & System

If you just switched to macOS or want to gradually move off the mouse, start with these six groups: app switching (Cmd+Tab), screenshots (Cmd+Shift+4), window management (Cmd+M/H) and text editing. You do not need to memorize them all at once — learn the screenshot and window-management ones first for the most visible daily time saved, then layer in Finder and system shortcuts as muscle memory forms.
